Super Hockey Tips for Tots
 
The Super Hockey Tips for Tots program is designed for young hockey players with some playing experience. Drills are taught in the simplest terms to ensure players are learning and developing their skills with the proper technique and patience. Age and skill appropriate drills will focus on power skating, puck handling, passing, receiving, and shooting. Full hockey equipment is required.

Super 6s and 7s
 
The Super 6's and 7's program is designed for players who understand the game of hockey, and have played for at least two seasons. Players develop their powerskating, puck handling, passing, receiving, and shooting while being challenged in a fun and positive environment. Participants in this program must be prepared to work hard and want to improve quickly.

Powerskating And Hockey Skills
 
Powerskating and Hockey Skills gives house league players extra practice time while assisting in individual skill development. Since hockey is 95% skating, the Powerskating & Hockey Skills program focuses on proper technique and the “how” to practice perfectly in all areas of the forward and backwards stride, edges, stopping and balance. This program also teaches players proper technique in puck control, passing, receiving, and shooting. Players are challenged in a positive environment allowing them to improve their game play.

Skating, Shooting And Scoring
 
The Skating, Shooting and Scoring program focuses on developing a player’s overall scoring ability. Many players take this program to complement and improve their existing skills and become a scoring leader. While this program focuses primarily on shooting and scoring, players also work on skating, passing, receiving and conditioning. This program is aimed to improve a player’s individual skills allowing them to take their game to the next level.

High Performance Powerskating
 
The High Performance Powerskating program is designed for intermediate level players wishing to improve their overall skating skills. Players learn and practice proper technique developing muscle memory that leads to increased balance, speed, and edge control. Participants develop confidence on the ice through drills that encourage them to become faster, stronger, and come out ahead of the competition.

Ringette Powerskating And Skills
 
Ringette Powerskating & Skills provides extra practice time and develops skills which complement regular season play. Since ringette is 95% skating, this program teaches proper skating techniques such as forward and backward stride, edge control, stopping and balance. This program also teaches players proper techniques in ring control, passing, receiving, and shooting.

Body Contact and Checking Clinic ***
 
The Body Contact and Checking clinic assists players making the transition to a full contact hockey league or division while teaching the proper techniques required to take a hit and give a hit. Players will be matched up with someone of similar height, weight, age and caliber to practice body contact. Our instructors will take the participants through a five step program of body contact: stick checks, sweep checks, angling, receiving a hit and pursuing a hit.
