Ringette Skills Camp
The Ringette Skills Camp will focus on improving proper technique in skating, stride, agility, strength and endurance. Players will learn advanced ringette techniques such as ring control, passing, receiving and shooting to advance their overall game.
This camp will include ringette specific off-ice training, additional games and activities that will challenge players athletic ability in a positive and fun environment.
